Is this an official Turnitin website?
No. We are an independent service. Similarity reports are delivered as official Turnitin reports; third-party AI screening has separate provenance.
Will AI results match official Turnitin AI detection?
We cannot guarantee that. Our third-party provider describes a mix of Turnitin, ZeroGPT, Grammarly, and Pangram. AI scores can be inaccurate and require human review.
Are documents submitted to a repository?
Our required service policy is non-repository checking: manuscripts must not be added to the Turnitin repository. The new portal privacy profile is pending end-to-end verification; contact us for the current upstream settings before sending sensitive content.
Do you retain or disclose my manuscript?
The developer portal does not store manuscript content. Our requested policy is that manuscripts are not retained, sold, or disclosed beyond the processing needed for your check. Enforcement across ez, processing providers, and backups must be verified before this becomes an unconditional service guarantee.
How long can I download my reports?
Please download promptly. The requested new privacy profile retains each report for only five minutes after its first download starts. That profile is not active yet. Existing customers retain their current download behavior until an explicit migration; contact us for your account’s current expiry.
Will my existing integration keep working?
Yes: API v1 uses https://api.2022915.xyz with the same four endpoints and both key headers. Portal features are additive. Existing keys are not automatically replaced.
How does billing work?
Your balance is held in ez Pass credits. ez records charges and failed-check refunds. Payment records show the original payment currency separately. A check failure returns the deducted credits; it is not automatically a cash withdrawal or Binance refund.
Can I use Google to sign in?
Google sign-in is supported by the portal integration when configured. To connect an existing account, prove ownership with its API key. Matching an email address never silently merges accounts.
Can I recover a key after creating it?
A new key is shown once. Save it securely. You can manage its label, create another key, or revoke a specific key; a stored hash cannot be converted back into the original secret.
Can I check a single document on this website?
No individual upload checkout is available in this release. This site and console are for developer API access.
