Privacy policy
Effective October 2, 2026. This policy covers the developer portal at dev.2022915.xyz.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your email address, display name, and a stable account identifier. We use these details to identify your portal account and keep you signed in. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, your contacts, or your documents. We do not store your Google profile picture or Google access and refresh tokens.
Storage and cookies
Cloudflare hosts this portal and its dedicated database. We store your Google identity details, temporary login state, and a hash of your session identifier. Secure, HttpOnly cookies support sign-in; login state expires after ten minutes and portal sessions expire after twelve hours. Expired temporary records are cleaned hourly. Your identity record remains until you request deletion. A local browser preference remembers your theme.
Documents and the existing API
This portal does not accept or store manuscripts. Google sign-in alone does not create an ez API account or give access to reports. Documents submitted to api.2022915.xyz are processed by the separate ez service and its checking providers. Consult the FAQ and contact us for your account's current retention and download settings. The requested five-minute report policy is not currently active; existing API behavior is unchanged.
Sharing and infrastructure
Google processes authentication and Cloudflare operates the website infrastructure and database. They may process technical connection information under their own policies. We do not sell your Google identity information or use it for advertising. Portal identity data is not sent to document-checking providers by this release. Infrastructure providers may process data internationally.
Your choices
You can sign out from the console and remove this application's connection in your Google Account settings. Removing Google's connection does not itself delete the portal identity record. To request access, correction, or deletion of your portal data, contact technicphd@gmail.com or WhatsApp +65 8149 1209. We verify ownership before changing account data.
